Bio
Eric received a B.S. in Computer Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2024 and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering at ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ under the guidance of Professor Tathagata Srimani. He is an NSF Graduate Research Fellow. His research focuses on computer architecture and hardware–software co-design for AI systems, with particular interests in GPU and AI accelerator architecture, memory systems, and emerging 3D integration technologies. His current work explores software-managed gigabyte-scale 3D-stacked memories for GPUs, technology-architecture co-design, and design-space exploration for accelerator systems. Eric has previously worked on AI accelerator architecture at AWS Annapurna Labs and on cache RTL design at AMD. Outside of research, he enjoys working out, traveling, and exploring new places.
