2026 Supplier & Travel Expo Features a Wide Range of Suppliers
On Thursday, September 10, 2026, Procure-to-Pay hosted the 2026 Supplier & Travel Expo from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Cohon University Center. Building on the success of our previous Travel Supplier Showcase, this year’s expanded event featured a wider range of supplier categories, including catering, travel services, university supplies, and more.
Geared toward ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ staff and faculty who manage purchases, plan events, or book business travel, the expo hosted over 35 vendors. Attendees connected with local caterers, office and lab suppliers, regional hotels, car rental agencies, airlines, and specialized travel providers. The event also featured internal ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ tables, including Procure-to-Pay (Procurement Services and Accounts Payable), Enterprise Risk Management, Tartan Ink, the Center for Shared Prosperity, and University Stores.
Around 200 attendees joined us throughout the afternoon. A dozen lucky winners walked away with raffle prizes after submitting their door tickets and completed game cards at the entrance.
