Procurement Services Conducting Travel Program Survey
The Finance Division will be conducting its ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ Travel Program Feedback Survey through Friday, August 6. The goal of the survey is to gather actionable information from our partners and stakeholders regarding ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ’s travel program and its preferred travel supplier, Collegiate Travel Planners (CTP). We hope to gain a better understanding of how the travel program and CTP are serving the university.
University business travelers and travel card holders will receive an email invitation to participate in the survey from Procurement Services. We encourage you to share your insights by completing the survey, which should take no longer than 10 minutes, by Friday, August 6. You may save your responses and return to the survey later, as needed, by accessing the survey link in your email.
Your candid feedback is essential to measuring satisfaction with the services provided by CTP as well as the university travel program as a whole. Your survey responses are confidential and anonymous, and results will be used to inform future improvements to the university travel program and CTP’s services.
