As Operational Support Analyst, Janna supports essential administrative, facility, and operational workflows for the Institute. She manages departmental communications and logistics to ensure seamless daily experiences for students, faculty, and staff. Outside of work, Janna maintains a ceramic art practice. In her spare time, Janna enjoys traveling, exploring the city, reading, and watching movies.
